Richard C. “Rick” Wildfire

February 15, 2015 — August 16, 1955

Richard C. “Rick” Wildfire, 59, of 114 Cherry Road, Kersey, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh after a brief illness.

He was born August 16, 1955 in Warren, PA, son of the late Carl W. and Elizabeth “Betty” Woodley Wildfire.  He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys High School, Class of 1973.  He was an employee of the Keystone Powdered Metal Company for 28 years.

He is survived by a brother, Ron Wildfire of Kersey.

Rick was a member of the St. Boniface Church, the Kersey Eagles, the Fox Twp. Volunteer Fire Department, the Ridgway American Legion, the Ridgway VFW, and the St. Marys PFL.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

There will be no visitation.

Family and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services to be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Friday, February 20, 2015, at 10:30 AM, with the Rev. Ross Miceli, Pastor of St. Boniface Church, officiating.  Burial will be in the St. Boniface Cemetery.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to the St. Boniface Church, 355 Main Street, Kersey, PA  15846 or to the Fox Twp. Volunteer Fire Department, 381 Main Street, Kersey, PA  15846.
