Michael J. Altamirano, Sr., 70, of 210 State Street, St. Marys, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
He was born November 18, 1949, in San Francisco, CA, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Altamirano. Michael attended Jefferson High School in San Francisco and had been a resident of St. Marys since October 2014. He was a retired employee of Discpro Printing & Graphics in Houston, TX.
On February 16, 2001, in St. Marys, Michael married Karen E. Knight, who survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Nova R. Bell of Katy, TX and Kristine Troidl (Michael) of Weedville; two sons, Michael J. Altamirano, Jr. (Charlsey) of Magnolia, TX and John R. Bell (Lisa) of Humble, TX; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and by a sister.
There will be no visitation.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
