Lynn F. Caskey

Lynn F. Caskey, 65, of 616 South Michael Street, St. Marys, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

She was born October 2, 1960 in St. Marys, daughter to the late John “Hunce” Caskey and Sarah “Sally” Herzing Caskey, who survives.

Lynn found her greatest happiness in the comfort of her home. She cherished her quiet life and was most content surrounded by familiar surroundings, where she could enjoy the peace and privacy she valued so deeply.  While she preferred a simple life, those who knew her understood the warmth and kindness that filled her heart.

One of the greatest blessings in her life was the companionship of her beloved mother.  The time they shared together brought her immeasurable comfort, joy, and countless treasured memories that remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Lynn had a special fondness for frogs, especially Kermit the Frog, whose cheerful spirit always brought a smile to her face.  She also enjoyed watching Speed Racer, finding delight in its memorable characters and exciting adventures.

In addition to her mom, she is lovingly survived by her sister, Suzi Caskey of Lakewood, CA; her brothers all of St. Marys: John Caskey (Marlene), Bill Caskey, Mark Caskey (Rosemary), Steve Caskey (Leslie), Scott Caskey, and Joe Caskey, who took great care of her throughout her life; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family plans a Celebration of Life for Lynn the last weekend of July. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
