Hunter F. Wickett, 18, of 2938 Ridgway-Johnsonburg Road, Ridgway, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at his home.

He was born January 23, 1998, in DuBois, son of Scott and Rebecca Johnson Wickett, who survive. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of Ridgway High School, Class of 2016.  He was currently employed at Metaldyne in St. Marys and during his last year of high school, he was employed at Alpha Sintered Metals.

In addition to his parents, Hunter is survived by a brother, Logan S. Wickett, who is serving in the Army National Guard, stationed in the United Arab Emirates; his maternal grandparents, Neil and Patricia VanOrden Johnson of St. Marys; his paternal grandparents, Floyd and Patricia Meyer Wickett of Ridgway; by his aunts and uncles; and by his pet, Draven.

Hunter was a member of Boy Scout Troop 93 and was a member of the Ridgway High School Band for many years.

There will be no visitation.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service to be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. J. Tim Hoover, Pastor of the St. Marys First United Methodist Church, officiating.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to Boy Scout Troop 93, 309 Early Avenue, Ridgway, PA 15853 or to the Ridgway Band Boosters, c/o the Ridgway High School, 1403 Hill Street, Ridgway, PA  15853.
