Elizabeth Edna “Betty” Feidler, 84, a resident of Christ the King Manor in DuBois and a former resident of St. Marys and Kersey, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at Christ the King Manor after a lengthy illness.
She was born December 3, 1929 in St. Marys, daughter of the late Vincent and Martha Heiberger Rohrbach. She attended St. Marys Schools and was a retired employee of the Elk County Regional Hospital, where she served as a dietary aide.
In September of 1948, she married Mack Schreiber, who preceded her in death on August 19, 1961. In May of 1966, she married Dale Fuhrman, who preceded her in death on April 19, 1989. On May 2, 1992, she married Richard J. Feidler, Sr., who preceded her in death on March 9, 2012.
She is survived by two sons, Robert (Susan) Schreiber of Lancaster, OH and Mack (Wanda) Schreiber of State College; three step sons, Richard J. (Barbara) Feidler of Kersey, Donald J. (Lois) Feidler of Brockport, and David A. (Shelly) Feidler of St. Marys; three grandchildren; four step grandchildren; six great grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; a sister, Florence Fleming of Emporium; three brothers, DeWayne Rohrbach of St. Marys, James (Rose) Bish of St. Marys, and Lyle (Mary Kay) Bish of St. Marys; and a sister-in-law, Lori Bish of Brockport.
In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Victor Bish.
Mrs. Feidler was a member of the St. Boniface Church.
There will be no visitation.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in the St. Boniface Church on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 11:00 AM, with the Rev. James Faluszczak, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery.
