Donn E. Munz

Donn Elizabeth Walker Munz, 43, of Warrington, PA and formerly of St. Marys, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 29, 2021.

She was born March 14, 1978, in DuBois, PA, daughter of Beverly Delozier Walker and the late Donald Walker, who preceded her in death on June 2, 2006.  Donn grew up in St. Marys, was a graduate of Elk County Christian High School, Class of 1996 and was a graduate of Duquesne University.

On June 12, 2010, Donn married Miles Munz.

In addition to her mother and husband, Donn is survived by her daughters: Neve Elizabeth and Elle Rebekah, both at home; two sisters: Jennifer Brauser (Greg) of State College and Jackie Walker of Morgantown, WV; two nephews: Ben and Ethan Brauser of State College; her maternal grandmother: Jean Dunkelberger; her mother and father-in-law: Gail and Gary Munz; and by her brother-in-law: Bryce Munz.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Orma Walker.

Donn was a wife, daughter, sister, friend, but above all, a mother.  She would always put her girls first in her life and taught them, by example, how to love unconditionally.  Donn was ambitious, thoughtful, creative, intuitive, loving, honest, and fiercely loyal.  Donn was a gentle soul and looked for the beauty and good in everything and everyone.  She has always had the ability to find peace within music, lyrics, and quotes.  “May the four winds blow you safely home”.

There will be no visitation.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial which will be held in the Sacred Heart Church on Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Matthew Laffey, OSB, officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Mark’s Catholic Cemetery in Emporium.
