Donald E. Huggler, 67, of 125 Anthony Road, St. Marys, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, June 17, 2018, at his camp in Spring Creek Township.
He was born September 1, 1950, in St. Marys, son of the late Lyle E. and Ethel B. Stockman Huggler. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys High School. Donald was a retired carpenter for Suburban Builders.
On September 27, 1980, in the St. Mary’s Church, Donald married Nancy K. Golden, who survives. He is also survived by two sisters, Janice Burns and her husband Gordon, and Gloria Dietz and her husband Kenneth, both of St. Marys; and by many nieces and nephews, including his nephew, L. J. Huggler, with whom Donald was very close.
In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Scolari; and by a brother, Randall “Randy” Huggler.
Donald was a member of the St. Mary’s Church, the Knights of Columbus, and the Ridgway Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time at his camp. Donald was also an avid Pittsburgh Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins fan.
A Funeral Service will be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Friday, June 22, 2018, at 11:00 AM, with the Rev. Peter Augustine Pierjok, OSB, officiating.
Visitation will be at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home Friday morning, from 10:00 until the time of the service.
