David L. Clyde, Jr.

David L. Clyde, Jr., 49, of St. Marys, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

He was born February 12, 1976 in DuBois, son of David L. Clyde, Sr. and the late Patricia Peterson Clyde, who preceded him in death on September 12, 2016.

David was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School, Class of 1994 and continued his education at Butler Community College where he studied to be a licensed paramedic.  David also took great pride in his work at the family business, Clyde’s Quality Meats.

In addition to his father, Dave is survived by his two children: Brandi Clyde of Pittsburgh and Brayden Clyde of St. Marys; sisters: Ryan Snelick (Russell), Adrienne Clyde, and Erika Kronenwetter (Jeffrey), all of St. Marys; brother, Nathan Clyde (Ashley) of Pittsburgh; a dear member of the family, Julie Challingsworth (David) of St. Marys; the mother of his children, Stephanie Galmish of St. Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Clyde, on September 1, 2006.

Dave enjoyed NASCAR, throwing darts, and golf. Above everything else, he loved his family and friends, especially his children.

A funeral service will be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home, 169 Center Street, St. Marys, PA 15857 on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 10:00AM.  Burial will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
