Carol W. Keller, 88, formerly of 210 Martin Road, St. Marys, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at Jefferson Court Assisted Living in Brookville.
She was born March 29, 1938, in St. Marys, daughter of the late LeRoy and Mary Jane Eckert Wehler. Carol was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys High School, Class of 1957. She was a retired employee of Sylvania, retiring after 40 years of dedicated service.
On July 25, 1959, in the Queen of the World Church, Carol married Paul F. Keller, who preceded her in death on January 5, 2023. They were blessed to share more than 63 years of marriage.
She is survived by her son, Paul T. Keller (Kelly) of St. Marys; her granddaughter, Mandy Canipe (Kenny) of West Virginia; a great-granddaughter, Gracie Elizabeth Canipe; a sister, Holly Krug of Punxsutawney; two brothers: Allen Wehler (Sandy) and Gale Wehler (Cathy), both of St. Marys; sisters-in-law, Dolly Wehler and Beverly “Kitty” Wehler, both of St. Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews, including her Goddaughter, Janine McCullough, who loved and cared for her deeply.
In addition to her husband and parents, Carol was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Noah Thomas Canipe; a sister, Arlene Renwick (Joseph); by three brothers: LeRoy Wehler, John “Lamie” Wehler (Iona), and Richard Wehler (Carmen).
Carol was a member of the Queen of the World Church, where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. She loved caring for flowers and tending to her lawn. She enjoyed her trips to Salamanca and liked to go shopping in DuBois. Carol loved attending family picnics and enjoyed going on rides to see the deer and elk.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Queen of the World Church, 134 Queens Road, St. Marys, PA 15857 on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 11:00AM, with Rev. Jeffery Noble, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be held in the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home, 169 Center Street, St. Marys, PA 15857 on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 5:00PM until 7:00PM.
Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Ladies Auxiliary of Queen of the World Church, 134 Queens Road, St. Marys, PA 15857 or to the NOAH Foundation, PO Box 325, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
