I met Wayne through the Blue Army and enjoyed conversing about his interests and insights. He was such a kind soul. May he rest in eternal peace.
We had the pleasure of making acquaintance with Wayne several years ago at our 11:00 a.m. Sunday Latin Mass at The Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Patton, PA celebrated by Fr. Ananius (formerly of St. Mary’s, PA), where Wayne would share his religious and spiritual insight. May a flight of Angels carry Wayne home. God Bless all family, friends and loved ones of Wayne.
Wayne was a great friend to my father and mother, Tom and Cela Pontzer and I got to know him through that friendship. After my father passed away 3 years ago, he came to visit my mom at my home several times. He had a beautiful scripture (Mary’s Flame of Love) printed and framed for her after my father died that she keeps to this day. Such a great man and one of the smartest! Our thoughts and prayers are with you..
I am so saddened by Wayne’s passing. I always enjoyed sharing viewpoints about religion, politics, or life in general with Wayne, as well as many laughs. Our world has lost a very fine man. My deepest condolences to all the family.
