Patricia Ann Rezmerski, 70, of 185 Center Street and formerly of Comet Road, St. Marys, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, May 16, 2022, at her residence.
She was born February 7, 1952, in St. Marys, daughter of Raymond E. and JoAnn Young Rooker, who survive of Kersey. Patricia was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of St. Marys Area High School, Class of 1970. She was employed at Andrew Kaul Memorial Hospital and Elk Regional Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter: Emily Rezmerski of St. Marys; two sons: Robert Rezmerski (Amy) of St. Marys and David Rezmerski of Norfolk, VA; two grandchildren: Ashley and Erick Rezmerski; one great-granddaughter, Leilani Rezmerski; her sister, Mary Gerg (B.C.) of St. Marys; four brothers: Mike Rooker, Phil Rooker (Ruth), Ray Rooker (Connie), and Jack Rooker (Jackie), all of Kersey; and by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Rezmerski in 1995.
Patricia was a former member of the St. Marys Area District School Board as well as a member of the Red Hat Society. She will be remembered for her constant smile and kind words, and for loving her family above all else.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Queen of the World Church on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 12:00 PM, with the Rev. Jeffery Noble, Pastor, officiating.
Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Radkowski Funeral Home on Saturday morning, from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Elk County Humane Society, 1029 E. Eschbach Road, St. Marys, PA 15857.
My Aunt Pat, I will miss your kind words and your sweet heart, you were a light on earth. I will always remember you and our positive talks and positive outlooks on life. You were a huge influence on who I am today. I am going to miss you but I will see you in heaven waiting for your loving hug and I expect a full dinner with your secret ingredient “made with love”.
I feel very blessed to have known Pat. She was one in a million! Her smile and kind words bring back many happy memories. She will sadly be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Rest In Peace, Pat.
