She was born August 6, 1924, in Fairmont, WV, daughter of the late Octavio and Carmella Trio Cornelio.  Mary was a lifelong resident of the area and attended St. Marys Schools.  She was a former employee of Sylvania and spent most of her life taking care of her family and her home.

On February 24, 1962, in the Queen of the World Church, Mary married Harry E. Bauer, who preceded her in death on August 3, 2017.

Mary was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  She enjoyed cooking, baking, coloring, and was an avid BINGO player.  Being with her family brought her the most joy.
