In 1987, they moved to Saint Marys, PA. Julie started working at Andrew Kaul Memorial Hospital in 1987 and retired from Penn Highlands Elk in May 2019.

  3. Dear Bob and family. I am so sorry to hear about Julie. I have known her since our SSCD days in elementary school. I always enjoyed going to her house to play when we were kids. Julie was always so nice and kind. She had such a bubbly personality and always had a smile on her face. My heart goes out to you Bob and to your family. I really would have loved to attend her service, and extend my condolences in person but unfortunately, I will be out of town. Prayers to you and your family at this difficult time. I’m sure she will be greatly missed. 🙏🏻❤️

  4. Angela, thinking of you and wishing you moments of peace and comfort as you mourn the loss of your beautiful Mom.

  5. I was blessed to know Julie. One of the most caring, supportive, loving, joyful, and funny people I’ve ever met. To know her was to love her.
My deepest sympathies to her family.
She will be missed. Let the wonderful memories of her bring a smile to your faces.

  6. Aunt Julie, just a few years older than me, was my big sister growing up. I spent a lot of time at Nanny and Pa’s and Julie was my bestie. I don’t think she always appreciated the annoying lil sister antics, but she was always sweet and kind. I looked up to her so much. When we moved away from Punxsy, we wrote letters to each other, and I missed her terribly. People grow up, time passes, lives get busy and distance doesn’t allow for closeness sometimes, but I can honestly say that whenever we did connect, it was like no time had passed at all. She was one of the only people I have ever known who rarely (if ever) complained, always had kindness for everyone, and was genuinely a lovely and gentle soul. Bob, Angela, Brian and your entire family, I share in your sorrow and wish you peace and healing as time goes on.

  7. Julie was a great friend since High School. It was always wonderful to see her and Bob become a wonderful couple that lasted a lifetime. My heart goes out to Bob and the family at their great loss.

  8. Our thoughts and hugs to Julie’s family. She was a wonderful person. May she rest in peace.

  9. Julie took me under her wing as a new psp trooper wife. Always there with a caring ~ loving ~ fun heart. 🫶 The best of memories with Julie, Bob and the kids back in the day. Love, prayers and hugs to all of you! Especially ~ you ~ Bob. 🫶
    All Our Love ~

  12. Our hearts are so broken…deepest sympathy to everyone. There are no words, just know our thoughts and prayers are with you Bob, Angie, and Brian.

  13. I worked with Julie for many years. She was truly an Angel on earth. She was kind to everyone she knew.
She loved her family so much.
Her passing will leave a deep void in all of our lives.
All my love, hugs and prayers to Bob, Angela and family and Brian and family. I am so blessed to have had her in my life!

  14. Julie always reminded me that I was her first friend when they moved to St. Marys and she started working at the hospital. How lucky I was to have her as a friend all these years. She called the last few years and we talked for hours and still had stuff to talk about. I will miss you, my dear friend. How Blessed I was to know you. Rest in peace until we meet again.
