Jo Ann, you were my one and only sister. We may have fought a lot over the years but I would have fought for you twice as hard. I love you and know I will see you again. Love you forever. Fly high with the angels including my loving son.

Your sister,

I have worked with Joann as her peer for the past 6 months and she quickly became very dear to me. She and I shared many stories
and laughs as well as our sorrows with each other. She inspired me with her determination to improve her physical and mental health, and she supported me as much as I supported her. Last week during our session, Joann turned up the volume on the radio and began to sing. Her voice was so beautiful and I told her she should be in a choir. Joann said that she would like to look into this with me because she loved to sing. She was beginning to love our trips to the YMCA for swimming and she impressed me with her determination to swim more laps each time we went. She was a beautiful soul who loved her family so very much, especially her son and grandchildren whom she talked about all the time. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to work with her and she will be greatly missed by me. May she rest in peace and sing in the choirs of heaven until we meet again. Love and prayers to her family during this difficult time.
