Eleanor MartiniEleanor M. Martini, 86, of 143 Fairview Road, Kersey, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015, at her home, following a brief illness.

She was born June 25, 1928 in Byrnedale, daughter of the late Carlo and Lena Antonelli Bellotti.  She was a lifelong resident of the area and was a graduate of Horton Twp. High School.  She was a retired employee of the Keystone Carbon Company.

On June 25, 1949, in the Holy Cross Church in Brandy Camp, she married Mario J. Martini, who survives.  She is also survived by three daughters, Waneta Fiscus and her husband Rich of St. Marys, Darlene Sorg and her husband James M. of St. Marys, and Debra Boults and her husband Art of Kersey; seven grandchildren, Jim Sorg, Jr., Jennifer Sorg Rodman, Ricky Fiscus, Robby Fiscus, Ryan Boults, Robin Martini, and Jessica Martini; two great grandchildren, Andrew Rodman and Joshua Rodman; and two brothers, Carl Bellotti of Texas and Raymond Bellotti and his wife Rose of Kersey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gary Martini; a grandson, Matt Martini; and two brothers, Elic Bellotti and Francis Bellotti.

Mrs. Martini was a member of the St. Boniface Church and the Fox Twp. Senior Center.  She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, playing cards and Scrabble.  Her family was her life and she loved being with them.

There will be no visitation.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in the St. Boniface Church on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. Ross Miceli, Pastor, officiating.  Burial will follow in the Parklawn Memorial Gardens.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Community Nurses, Inc., 757 Johnsonburg Road, Suite 200, St. Marys, PA  15857.

I’m heartbroken to hear of her passing. I so enjoyed all the visits with her, she was such a special person and I will cherish those times and memories. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Love you all, Terri
