We wish to express our deepest sympathy to the Prechtl and Vollmer families. We spoke with Alice a few months ago at Walmart. She told us about the difficult time she was having but was very upbeat and such an inspiration. She was bound and determined to get rid of her cane and was so positive about her life. She came from a great family especially her sisters that she was so very close to. That is such a rare thing these days. She will be sadly missed by all of the people whose lives she touched over the years.

My sympathy goes out to the Prechtl and Vollmer familyies.
Alice and I grew up across the street from each other, and I remember all the ball games that we played.
My wife, Mary, and Alice became friends, and this year they both became Angels.
God Bless!
