To a great brother who would do anything for you, including helping bail hay. Frank was someone who loved to work at anything, and going in to his job at Elk County Heat Treaters he looked forward to every day. He was busy rebuilding an old truck given to him by sister Jane. He was fun to be around and not nearly as serious and gruff as he looked. He will be sorely missed by his siblings and most of all our mom. Send prayers. Thanks to Judy Schreiber for her support for mom on Saturday evening. What a great neighbor and friend. And to Joe Kopp for checking on things until we could get home. And everyone else who has been there for us.

To the entire Volovar Family,
I’m so very sorry to hear about Frank. May your family find comfort with all the Love and Prayers sent your way.
I am hoping the Lord has a big garage for him to work on his trucks. God Bless Frank and may he rest in peace.

I knew Frank in High school. He was always very nice and pleasant, not to mention handsome. Rest in Peace Frank. Sorry for your loss.

First, my condolences to the whole Volovar family whom I have come to hold so dear.

Frank, you are one lucky man. You have a family who loves and supported you always. I enjoyed knowing you and wish that Jesus could have allowed you to remain with us for a longer time.

Blessing to the Ginny, Andy, Peg, and Ann.

My dear friend Peggy,
I was looking to see if you were on Facebook and came upon Frankie’s obituary. I am so very sorry for your loss. I realize that it is over a year ago and I am sorry I didn’t see it sooner.
