I am so sorry for your loss. I adored Roger very much. We got to know each other fast and now he is gone. I will miss him dearly. It was sorta odd when I seen him last he was resting comfortable with his wife. And when I got home, and laid down, I heard this song; Bridges Over Trouble Waters by Elvis Presley. Then got a phone call by his wife that very next morning that he passed. Well he is at peace now. It was very nice to meet the family and I will miss all. May god be with you.

My deepest sympathy Cindy, to you and all your family. My prayers will remain with all during this most difficult time. I will always remember that wonderful photo you shared on FB just a short few days ago. What a smile he had! The same smile he will take to his Heavenly home where there is Peace and calm, no illness, and no pain, and filled with Eternal tranquility.

I was looking for some way to contact Roger Padasak this morning and came across this death notice. The picture looks just like the Roger I knew, serving in the 50 AAA anti aircraft Battalion, in Suwon, Korea, 1952 -1953. I thought he was a little older, but this must be him. I am very sorry to find out of his passing away. He was one of my best friends, truly a good person. I tried to get ahold of him from years passed, but could never manage. I still have a picture of him and me on the base. My best to you and your family. Al from California
